The Littlest Princess

This is such a fun learning experience!  (Sometimes!) I was completely stoked to make this cake, and then I flubbed!  I made this awesome pound cake, with strawberries and chocolate ganache filling, and low and behold the strawberries started sweating, anddddd it was my first attempt at fondant!  Oy!  I wanted to make this beautiful pattern, which didn't turn out so well, and then with the filling oozing that didn't work out so well!  But hey, she loved it!  Livin' and Learnin' one step at a time!
